Healthy way of presenting roti with a delicious flavour. It's a combination of green leaves, vegetables and dry masalas. Do try them. Am sure ur kids will love them.
Ingredients makes 4 paranta
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Mixed vegetable of your choice - crushed finely (cabbage-capsicum-beans)
Green chutney -coriander, pudina, green chilli, blended together.
Garam masala pinch
Dry ingrients -
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp oil in the dough
Ghee to make paranta
Salt to taste
Water to make dough
Method mix all the items and make a dough.
Make paranta out of the dough (refer picture 2)
serve hot with raita and chutney.
