Masala sev


Masala sev

Rajasthani twist to an gujrathi item.
Try and you will love it.

Ingredients-
1 cup -  besan
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chilli powder
Pinch turmeric
1/2 tsp ajwain.

Method- mix all together and make a soft dough. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Now by using a sev making machine drop the sev into the hot oil.
Fry till crisp.
Cool and store in air tight container.
